The Charlotte Harbor area is defined by its beaches and waterways and is Florida’s main eco-tourism destination. Whether its boating, fishing, kayaking, bird and wildlife watching or relaxing on any of the areas many beaches, the Charlotte Harbor area is sure to impress.

Villa Rentals
Florida Suncoast Properties has an inventory of executive three and four bedroom villas that are tastefully decorated and maintained to the highest quality. Our homes are completely furnished and all feature a private enclosed pool for your enjoyment. Our staff is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day to assist you with any concerns you may have. While you’re here we will be glad to arrange guided fishing trips, eco and kayaking tours or offer you advice on the best places to visit during your stay. We will assist you from the time you book one of our properties until the time you depart.

Property Management
For homeowners interested in renting their home we offer several levels of management and maintenance programs. We will provide you with lawn and pool maintenance promote your home through our website and other avenues and provide pre-check-in and post-check-out inspections of your home. After your guests depart we provide a cleaning service to ensure your home is ready for the next arrival. We can tailor a program to fit your needs whether it’s our full service Rental Management or Full Service Maintenance.
