ACCOMMODATIONS
Bedrooms
Master bedroom is furnished with a four poster king sized bed, large closet and private bath and direct access to the pool area.
Bedroom number two has a Queen sized bed, dressers and large closet.
The third bedroom has two twin beds, dressers and closet.
Bathrooms
The master bath features a large walk in shower and his and her vanities and the second bathe features a combination shower/tub with vanity.
Living Area
The large living area is tastefully decorated and includes leather couch and love seat, tables, entertainment center, television, cable, DVD player and CD player with surround sound and wireless internet.
Kitchen
There is a large kitchen equipped with an oven and range top, microwave oven, small appliances, dish washer, garbage disposal and refrigerator freezer with ice maker. There is a double sink and all utensils needed for your stay.
Lanai and Pool
Pool is equipped with heat if desired and is maintained weekly by a licensed and insured company. The lanai is furnished with sun loungers and a sitting table and chairs. The entire pool area is covered by a screen enclosure.
Other Amenities
There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, telephone (local calls only), BBQ (small fee for propane bottle), central heat and air, enclosed garage with opener and ceiling fans throughout.
ATTRACTIONS
Beaches
Manasota Key boasts miles of beautiful white sand beaches with boardwalks, showers, picnic and playground areas and, are just a short 15 minute drive from your villa. Boca Grande is also within 15 minutes of your villa and has island feel that should be experienced.
Golf
Rotonda Golf and Country Club offers several challenging courses and are only minutes away. There are other golf courses within 30 minutes of Rotonda.
Fishing
We are associated with several local captains who are ready to show you the beautiful waterways of Charlotte Harbor. Tarpon, snook, redfish and trout are a few of the inshore species you can target or go off shore for grouper, kingfish, mackerel and snapper. Charter trips can be arranged through the management company.
Shopping
From Rotonda there are many shopping destinations. The Town Center Mall in Port Charlotte is 15 minutes away and Sarasota, Ft. Myers and Naples are a 45 minute to hour drive but, well worth the trip. From Rotonda there are several local supermarkets for any provisions you may require.
