This tastefully decorated Villa was built in 2007 and overlooks a lake and Golf Course. There are five bedrooms, three bathroom and a large screened-in lanai and pool. The Villa has an open floor plan and will sleep eight to ten.

Bedrooms The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed , dresser and two night stands. It has double walk in closets. TV with Satellite.It also opens up to the lanai and pool area. Master bath has double vanities, walk in shower and a seperate garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed,dresser and two night stands.Big walk in closet.It also opens up to the lanai and pool area. It has it's own bath with a walk in shower. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and dresser. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds,dresser and one nightstand. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds,dresser and one night stand. There is also another bathroom that is in between bedroom four and five. Dining Area: The dining area also opens up to the lanai and pool area. It will seat six. There is also a breakfast bar that will seat four. Living Area The living area opens up to the lanai and the pool area. There is a sofa, loveseat, tables and entertainment center with TV and satellite. There is also a sitting room for anyone that would like privacy from the living area. Kitchen: The kitchen area has double sinks, garbage disposal, all appliances, ice maker with water dispenser. The kitchen also comes equipped with all cutlery, dishes and utensils that you might need during your stay. Lanai: The lanai is completely enclosed. It has a table and seats six. It has four loungers with cushions.It has a child safe barrier and is heated upon request. Other Ammenities: There is a seperate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. It has a seperate Utility tub. It has a two car garage with remote opener. Central heat and air conditioning. Ceiling fans throughout the home. Telephones with local service. BBQ grill upon request.
ATTRACTIONS
Beaches
Manasota Key boasts miles of beautiful white sand beaches with boardwalks, showers, picnic and playground areas and, are just a short 15 minute drive from your villa. Boca Grande is also within 15 minutes of your villa and has island feel that should be experienced.
Golf
Rotonda Golf and Country Club offers several challenging courses and are only minutes away. There are other golf courses within 30 minutes of Rotonda.
Fishing
We are associated with several local captains who are ready to show you the beautiful waterways of Charlotte Harbor. Tarpon, snook, redfish and trout are a few of the inshore species you can target or go off shore for grouper, kingfish, mackerel and snapper. Charter trips can be arranged through the management company.
Shopping
From Rotonda there are many shopping destinations. The Town Center Mall in Port Charlotte is 15 minutes away and Sarasota, Ft. Myers and Naples are a 45 minute to hour drive but, well worth the trip. From Rotonda there are several local supermarkets for any provisions you may require.
