DESCRIPTION:
This is a four bedroom two bath home fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There is a large screened lanai with an oversized pool with a hot tub. This house overlooks a canal and will sleep up to eight.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Bedrooms The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressers and drawers to store clothes and a large walk-in closet for storage. There is an en-suite bathroom with a jucuzzi tub and the bedroom opens out to lanai and pool area through double doors. The second bedroom has a queen size bed a private bathroom and also opens to the lanai and pool deck. There is also drawers and a closet for clothes. The third and fourth bedroms have two twin beds each, drawers and closets for storage. Bathrooms The master suite has a private bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. Kitchen This house has a large kitchen with an electric stove top and oven, double sink with garbage disposal, microwave oven, refridgerator/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispensor, toaster, coffee pot, blender and all the pots, pans, utinsils, cutlery and dishes you will need during your stay. Living Areas There are two differnt living areas in this home. One area has leather couches and chairs, tables and an entertainment center with satalite TV, DVD playerand CD player. The second living area is a sitting area with tables couches and is suited for relaxing and entertaining. Dining Areas The dining area seats 6-8 and looks out into the pool area. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen and a table and chairs in the kitchen. There is also a large solid surface table on the lanai for outside dining. Lanai and Pool Area There is a large enclosed lanai with a table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool is seven feet deep and has a hot tub that spills over into the pool. The pool and hot tub are heated by an electric heat pump.It also has an outside shower. It also gets full exposure of the the sun.This area also has a view of the canal and private dock located at the rear of the property. Other Features The house comes with all bed linens and towels you may need. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, telephones and BBQ if requested.
ATTRACTIONS
Beaches
Manasota Key boasts miles of beautiful white sand beaches with boardwalks, showers, picnic and playground areas and, are just a short 15 minute drive from your villa. Boca Grande is also within 15 minutes of your villa and has island feel that should be experienced.
Golf
Rotonda Golf and Country Club offers several challenging courses and are only minutes away. There are other golf courses within 30 minutes of Rotonda.
Fishing
We are associated with several local captains who are ready to show you the beautiful waterways of Charlotte Harbor. Tarpon, snook, redfish and trout are a few of the inshore species you can target or go off shore for grouper, kingfish, mackerel and snapper. Charter trips can be arranged through the management company.
Shopping
From Rotonda there are many shopping destinations. The Town Center Mall in Port Charlotte is 15 minutes away and Sarasota, Ft. Myers and Naples are a 45 minute to hour drive but, well worth the trip. From Rotonda there are several local supermarkets for any provisions you may require.
