ACCOMMODATIONS

Living Areas

There are two living spaces. One has a three piece suite, coffee table, TV, DVD player and music system. The other has a three piece suite and is more suitable as a quiet space for reading.

Dining Areas

For indoor dining there are two dining tables and a breakfast bar.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and plentiful drawers for clothes and other belongings. It also has a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with two wash basins, a hair dryer and separate shower and bath.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and plentiful drawers for clothes and other belongings. It also has a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite baathroom with a hair dryer and shower.

The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds, drawers for clothes and other belongings and a walk-in wardrobe each. These rooms share a bathroom which has a bath and shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a double sink and integral waste disosal unit. There is a large refrierator freezer, a microwave oven, lots of work space and an electric oven and stove top cooker. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, pots, pans, plates and plenty of cutlery.

Utility Room

The utility room has a sink, electric washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

Garage

This house has a double garage which is kept sufficiently clear for putting away two cars.

Sun Deck and Pool

At the rear of the house, overlooking a small lake and part of a golf course (30 meters away), is the pool and sun deck. This area faces south and gets sun from early morning until late afternoon. It is surrounded by netting which protects from insects and other bugs and there is a lanai which provides much needed shade in the summer.

The sun deck also has a table and chairs and sun beds. A BBQ can be provided on request.

The pool is 8 meters by 4 meters, has electric heat and has a spa at one end.

Other Amentities

The house has two telephones, one in the master bedroom and the other in the kitchen, which run off the same line. Calls are not charged in the US and Canada, but longer distance call require a phone card which can be bought from any supermarket.

The house also has high speed internet available, which is provided by Comcast.

All bed linen and towels are provided.
