Bedrooms
Master bedroom is furnished with a stunning four poster king sized bed, large closet and private bath and direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom number two has a Queen sized bed, dressers and large closet with amazing views of the canal.

The third bedroom has two twin beds, dressers and closet and designed with beautiful Laura Ashley fabrics.

Bathrooms
The master bath features a large walk in shower and his and her vanities and the second bathe features a combination shower/tub with vanity.

Living Area
Spacious formal living area with beautiful high catherdral ceilings. Relax on the chocolate brown leather sofas and enjoy the views of the pool and canal.

Family Gathering Room
Informal area with leather sofa, funky leather corner chaise, entertainment system with Phillips Sonowave surround sound system, TV with cable and DVD player. This room is decorated with an African/Safari theme.

Dining Room
Elegant, formal dining area designed with superior leather chairs and marble table to seat 6.

Kitchen
There is a large kitchen equipped with an oven and range top, microwave oven, small appliances, dish washer, garbage disposal and refrigerator freezer with ice maker. There is a double sink and all utensils needed for your stay. There is a seperate walk-in Pantry with ample storage for food.

Nook Area
An informal area, off the kitchen, where you can have snacks or breakfast overlooking the pool.

Lanai and Pool
The pool is large and South facing which benifits from the sun through most of the day. It can be heated if desired (extra charge applies) and is maintained weekly by a licensed and insured company. The lanai is furnished with deluxe sun loungers and a large sitting table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. The entire pool area is covered by a screen enclosure. For added safety, the pool has a children's safety barrier around it.

Other Amenities
There is a seperate Utility Room complete eith washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Free unlimited local and long distance USA phone calls, BBQ (small fee for propane bottle), central heat and air, enclosed garage with opener and ceiling fans throughout.

ATTRACTIONS

Beaches
Manasota Key boasts miles of beautiful white sand beaches with boardwalks, showers, picnic and playground areas and, are just a short 15 minute drive from your villa. Boca Grande is also within 15 minutes of your villa and has island feel that should be experienced.

Golf
There are 6 championship golf courses just 5 minutes drive from the villa. There are other golf courses within 30 minutes of Rotonda.

Fishing
We are associated with several local captains who are ready to show you the beautiful waterways of Charlotte Harbor. Tarpon, snook, redfish and trout are a few of the inshore species you can target or go off shore for grouper, kingfish, mackerel and snapper. Charter trips can be arranged through the management company.

Shopping
From Rotonda there are many shopping destinations. The Town Center Mall in Port Charlotte is 15 minutes away and Sarasota, Ft. Myers and Naples are a 45 minute to hour drive but, well worth the trip. From Rotonda there are several local supermarkets for any provisions you may require.
