ACCOMMODATIONS

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king sized bed dressers and a large closet for storage and TV. The bedroom opens out to the lanai and pool area through double doors. This bedroom has a luxury en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, tables, dressers and a large walk-in closet.

The third bedroom has twin beds, tables and dressers and a large closet.

Dining Area

The dining area has a view of the pool area and will seat six to eight. There are table and chairs on the lanai for outside dining. There is also a large breakfast bar with bar stools.

Living Areas

The living room, which opens to the lanai area, has luxurious leather couches, glass tables, and entertainment center with satalite TV, DVD player and CD/radio. There is also a private denwhich has a couch, tables and satalite TV.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a work island with a double sink and garbage disposal. There is an electric stove top and oven, microwave oven, dishwaher and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser. The kitchen has all the small appliances, cutlery, dishes and utinsils you will need during your stay.

Lanai

The lanai is completely enclosed and has a table with chairs and sun loungers with cushions around the pool. The large heated pool, which is maintained by a local company has a child safety guard. The lanai has a view of the canal situated at the back of the property.

Other Amenities

The is a separate utility/laundry room with a large capcity washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, bed linens and towels, central heat and air conditioning, a double garage with remote opener, ceiling fans throughout, telephones and BBQ (small fee for propane bottle).

ATTRACTIONS

Beaches
Manasota Key boasts miles of beautiful white sand beaches with boardwalks, showers, picnic and playground areas and, are just a short drive from your villa. Boca Grande is also within minutes of your villa and has island feel that should be experienced.

Golf
The Charlotte Harbor area offers several challenging courses and are only minutes away. The Rotonda Golf and Country Club, Bobcat Trail Golf and Country Club, Riverwood Golf Club and Heron Creek Golf and Country Club are just a few of the many courses minutes away.

Fishing
We are associated with several local captains who are ready to show you the beautiful waterways of Charlotte Harbor. Tarpon, snook, redfish and trout are a few of the inshore species you can target or go off shore for grouper, kingfish, mackerel and snapper. Charter trips can be arranged through the management company.

Shopping
From your villa there are many shopping destinations. The Town Center Mall in Port Charlotte is 15 minutes away and Sarasota, Ft. Myers and Naples are a 45 minute to hour drive but, well worth the trip. For your day to day needs there are several local supermarkets for any provisions you may require.
