ACCOMMODATIONS

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser with six drawers, end tables and a large closet for clothes and storage. There is an en-suite bathroom with a large garden tub, a walk-in shower and his and hers vanities.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and tables and two closets.

The third bedroom has twin beds, dresser, tables and closet.

The second bathroom has a tub and shower, a vanity and is shared by the second and third bedrooms.

Living Area

The living area has a couch, love seat, arm chair, end tables, coffee table and entertainment center with satalite TV, DVD player and a CD/radio. This is a large open area that is adjacent to the dining area which seats six. The living area is separated from the kitchen by a solid surface breakfast bar which has four bar stools.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer with an ice-maker and cold water dispensor, an electric stove top and oven, a microwave oven, dishwasher, double sink with garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender and enough dishes, cutlery and utinsils for six. Also in the kitchen area there is a table and four chairs that looks out to the lanai and pool area.

Lanai and Pool

Located at the rear of the villa there is a large screened-in lanai and pool. The lanai has a table and chairs and sun loungers with cushions. The pool is heated with an electric heat pump for year-round enjoyment. From the lanai there is a canal view where you may see wading birds, turtles and even alligators.

Other Amentities

The villa has a laundry/utility room with an electric washer and dryer and a utility sink. There is also a double garage with a remote opener. The villa has central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, telephones (local calls only) and a BBQ (small fee for propane bottle).
